REGISTER FOR YOUR FREE COPIES OF THE 'u3a MATTERS' MAGAZINE.
All of our members are entitled to free copies of the u3a matters magazines. To receive the magazine on a regular basis contact our Membership Secretary . Please include in your message, your name, membership number and that you would like to receive the u3a Matters magazine. Your name will then be added to the list that we send to the publishers.
Members that have been receiving the Third Age Matters magazine do not need to apply, you are on the list to receive the new magazine.
The "u3a Matters" magazine is published by the Third Age Trust and sent to your address in April, June, September, November and February.
Change of Personal Details
We would be grateful if you could inform us of any changes to your home address, email address, or telephone number as soon as possible. This will enable us to keep in contact with you when required. Please contact our Membership Secretary ASAP, with details of any changes. The Membership Secretary is the only member of the Committee with access rights to be able to change your contact details on the Beacon membership database. Please do not send changes to any other Committee member.
Risk Assessments.
Below are up-to-date 'Risk Assessment' forms. It is an insurance requirement that Risk Assessments are completed for every venue where u3a meetings are held.
For U3A main meetings, eg, Paddocks and Smallgains, the Risk Assessment should be completed by the officer with this duty on their Role Description, and if the venue changes significantly, then a new Assessment should be completed
TO COMPLY WITH OUR INSURANCE, AN UP-TO-DATE RISK ASSESSMENT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE.

If you are unable to print any of the forms that you require, please contact Business Secretary / General Enquiries to arrange for copies to be supplied.
